Weekly Scorecard
Week of Aug 17 – Aug 23 · company-wide, monthly-retainer clients excluded ·
ranked by importance — #1 outranks #2, no debate. Off-track number → its movers become IDS case studies.
Correction (2026-08-25): The revenue pillar changed how it counts (Sean's call): money now lands in the week it was BILLED, not the week the card charge finally went through — and invoices still open at Monday-morning compute show as an amber Open amount instead of silently missing. Last week's Weather Masters $1,500 was also mis-counted under Unmatched (their payer changed with the ownership handoff); retainer money is excluded by design and the mapping is fixed.
Correction (2026-08-13): Ad spend on the Aug 10 card was understated — a name-mapping defect dropped seven accounts' spend (Boost Air, State Heating, Paradise, Weather Masters, QPS x3). The Aug 3-9 week showed 26% spend-of-revenue at the all-hands; the true figure is 44% ($9,900 on $22,275). Fixed Aug 13; earlier weeks in the strip self-corrected too.
Correction (2026-08-13): Second correction, same day: Amazing Exteriors (both accounts) are monthly-retainer — their ads run on the client's own card, so their spend is now excluded from the B2C spend pillar entirely. The Aug 3-9 spend is $7,842 (35% of revenue), not the $9,900/44% shown earlier today.

Revenue counted in the week it was billed — paid vs open is always split out; an open invoice stays visible until it is paid, instead of vanishing into next week
$18,700 billed ▼ $550 WoW
Paid: $14,500 · Open: $4,200 (Boost Air — billed Thu — card failed ×1, no retry scheduled, needs a hand)
Last week finished at $19,250 billed — $18,550 paid, $700 still open (Act Right — invoice from Thu still open — a matching amount was billed & paid since, looks like a re-bill: old invoice needs voiding).
