Cold SMS Blast SOP

How to run a B2B cold SMS batch if Sean can't get to it. Recorded for Sayed; anyone can run it.

The process (1,000 texts per batch)

1. Prep the list: from the "all data" master list, copy the top 1,000 leads into the prep tab (remove empty rows).
2. File → Download → CSV.
3. Go to the Cold SMS sub-account (the one holding the sending number) → Contacts → Import Contacts → drop the CSV.
4. Field mapping: defaults are fine, with one exception — map Categories → the niche custom value (so we know roughly who we're texting: roofer, deck builder, etc., even if imperfect). Everything else unmapped: Don't Import.
5. Add imported contacts to a workflow: pick the obvious current one — the highest-numbered version is the most up-to-date (e.g., "Decking 3" beats "Decking 2").
6. Check "all contacts have consented."
7. Start it — the automation handles everything from there.
